Telnoe is an old Russian dish. Prepared from the body of a fish, hence the name. There is a solid whole and bitten. Any fish is suitable for the recipe, but the tastiest of all is pike perch or pike.

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into small pieces. Place in a microwave container. Add 3 tbsp. water, close the lid. Cook at maximum power for 6-8 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. Add salt and leave for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Grind the carrots with a blender, add a little vegetable oil.
  4. Drying carrot puree in the oven
  5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil. Apply the carrot paste to the parchment. Smear gently with a flat spatula to form squares. They should not be too thin or thick. Dry in the oven in the "Convection" mode at 120 * C - 20-30 minutes.

  7. Cool the resulting carrot squares on a wire rack. Trim the edges with a sharp knife. Leave the remaining crumbs for decoration.
  8. Chop the white fish
  9. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces, mash with a fork. If there are bones, they need to be removed.
  10. Add chopped onions, herbs, flour, beaten egg, spices and seasonings to the white fish
  11. Add finely chopped onions and herbs, 1 tbsp. flour, beaten egg, salt, pepper, seasonings to taste. Stir until smooth.
  12. We form sausages from minced fish and wrap each one in a gauze napkin
  13. Pour flour on a flat plate. Form small sausages from the minced meat and roll in flour. Wrap each tightly in a gauze napkin and tie it with twine on both sides.
  14. We spread the rolls on the bottom of the stacked container
  15. Place the rolls on the bottom of the pan.
  16. Fill the rolls with salted water and put them in the microwave oven
  17. Add 1 liter of hot salted water. You can add a little cucumber pickle - the dish will be even tastier. Cover the container with cling film. Cook in a microwave on medium power for 8-10 minutes. Allow the rolls to cool for 5 minutes, then cut in half diagonally.
  18. Veal chopped with vegetables ready to serve
  19. Serve on carrot squares with horseradish sauce and green peas, sprinkle with carrot crumbs.
