Vegetable pizza

I often cook pizza with vegetables. Mainly for filling I use courgettes, eggplants, tomatoes. Vegetable pizza is a full lunch or dinner. You can also take it for a snack at work, and frozen pizza - to the cottage.

  1. In warm water pour dry yeast, mix, wait for the appearance of the "cap."
  2. Put the sugar, salt, pour in the olive oil, stir.
  3. Pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough.
  4. Collect the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean cotton cloth and put in a warm place to lift for half an hour.
  5. White eggplant wash, dry, cut off tips. Cut the eggplant into thin circles.
  6. Rinse the eggplant, dry, cut off the tips on both sides. Cut into thin circles.
  7. Wash the courgette, dry, cut into circles.
  8. Grease the grill with olive oil. Fry in a frying pan a mug of white eggplant on both sides.
  9. Fry in a frying pan a mug of purple eggplant.
  10. Fry the courgette mugs in a grill pan.
  11. The dough has come to be washed.
  12. Roll out the dough in size. I have a shape with a diameter of 29 cm. Form grease with oil and lay out the dough.
  13. A circle of dough grease with olive oil, then - tomato sauce, retreating from the edge of 1.5-2 cm. Put the roasted mugs of vegetables, a little salt and pepper.
  14. Wash tomatoes, dry, cut into thin circles. Put the tomatoes on the vegetables. Sprinkle with dried thyme, pour olive oil.
  15. Grate the cheese on a fine grate and sprinkle with pizza. Put the pizza mould in the oven, preheated to 240 degrees Celsius, for 8 - 10 minutes.
  16. Delicious and healthy vegetable pizza is ready.
  17. Put the pizza out of the mold and serve. Cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!
