Directions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar and butter until smooth, soak for 20 minutes in a warm place, then scatter the dough into two balls and let it brew for another 20 minutes. Each ball is a dough for 1 pizza. Roll out the dough.
  2. Punch tomatoes in their own juice in a blender. Grease the dough with the resulting sauce.
  3. Cut olives / olives, cherry tomatoes in half. Put vegetables on top of the dough.
  4. Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes at a temperature of 300 C.
