Vegetable puree soup with cheese and rice

  1. Rinse and boil the rice, according to the description on the package.
  2. Peel potatoes, carrots, onions, chop randomly and boil in boiling water.
  3. Add the tomatoes, after removing the skin.
  4. While the vegetables are boiling, grate the cheese. When everything is ready, beat the soup in a blender until smooth, season with salt, pepper, pour in portions into a broth dish or into a plate. Add a tablespoon of boiled rice, grated cheese on top, greens can be added.
