Vegetable salad with lentils

A simple vegetable salad can be diversified by adding a little boiled lentil to it. The taste becomes more saturated, and the salad itself becomes more satisfying.

Ingredients

  1. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
  2. Add vegetable oil (0.5 tablespoons) and heat in the microwave at full power for 1 minute.
  3. Add lentils to garlic, mix. Microwave at full power for 1 minute more.
  4. Set aside, let it cool.
  5. Peel cucumbers and cut into 1 cm cubes
  6. Finely chop the tomatoes. Preferably also cubes with a side of 1 cm
  7. Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half rings.
  8. Wash parsley and chop.
  9. Mix all ingredients. Add salt, vegetable oil (2.5-3 tablespoons) and lemon juice (or vinegar). Mix.
  10. Sprinkle with ground black pepper when serving.
  11. Bon appetit!
