Very chocolate cupcakes

Rich chocolate cupcake recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven in which the cupcakes will be baked to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  2. Melt 25 g of butter in a water bath or microwave.
  3. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
  4. Mix 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa and melted butter.
  5. With the resulting paste, grease the inside of two cupcake molds, each with a volume of 1 cup.
  6. Mix chocolate, coffee and remaining cocoa. Pour in boiling water, cover and leave for 3-5 minutes to melt the chocolate. To stir thoroughly.
  7. Cool chocolate to room temperature, add sour cream and vanilla. Mix.
  8. Separately mix flour, soda and salt.
  9. With a hand mixer at low speed, mix the sugar and butter (1 minute). Increase the speed, beat the mass for another 3 minutes.
  10. Add the egg and beat for another 30 seconds, until smooth.
  11. In two batches, whisking continuously at low speed, add the flour to the chocolate.
  12. Add oil mixture, mix by hand.
  13. Divide the dough between the prepared pans, smooth the top. Remove all drops of dough from the surface of the molds.
  14. Bake chocolate cupcakes for 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
  15. When serving, sprinkle the chocolate cupcakes with powdered sugar.
