This warm cranberry pie is perfect for freezing weather. Warm better than grandma's sweater. A light sourness will invigorate and will not allow you to plunge into hibernation. Run to the kitchen, bake, put on the kettle and delight your family with a delicious pie!

  1. Preheat oven to 180 gr. Preheat the butter until soft at room temperature, or heat it for 10-15 seconds. in a microwave oven. Combine butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Whisk the ingredients with a mixer or hand whisk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Whisk again. Add yogurt to the resulting mass and mix well.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Knead the dough.
  3. Prepare the filling. In a deep bowl, combine the cranberries, icing sugar and starch. Place the filling on the bottom of the mold. Place the dough on top of the cranberries.
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes. at 180 gr. Consider the peculiarities of your oven, you may need a little more or less time. Check readiness with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, the cakes are ready. Cool the finished cake for 5 minutes, leaving in the oven ajar. Then, flip onto a platter.
