I propose to prepare a delicious, nutritious and very original breakfast - Vietnamese eggs!

  1. Squeeze out the garlic using the "garlic press".
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Put eggs in a saucepan and fill with water. Then add chopped garlic, onion, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce. Salt and mix the contents of the pan thoroughly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour 1 tbsp into hot oil. a spoonful of sugar. We heat until the sugar acquires a brownish-red hue, then add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of water and mix well.
  5. Add the resulting caramel mass to the eggs.
  6. Put the pan with eggs on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling
  7. When the eggs are cooked, carefully remove them from the pan and gently knead them with a towel so that small cracks form on the shell. Place the eggs back in the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished eggs, peel and cut into slices. We spread them on a dish and pour over the marinade in which they were cooked. Serving to the table! Bon Appetit!
