  2. Remove the casing from the sausage. Cut the sausage into slices about 0.3 cm thick.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices (about 0.3-0.4 cm).
  4. Break eggs into a bowl, add black pepper and salt.
  5. Stir until smooth with a fork or at low speed with a mixer.
  6. Pour the resulting egg mixture into a large flat plate.
  7. In the egg mixture, moisten the waffle cake on both sides.
  8. Transfer the waffle cake soaked in the egg mixture to a clean plate. Spread half of the sliced ​​sausage evenly on half of the crust.
  9. Put half of the cheese on top of the sausage.
  10. Put half the tomatoes on the cheese.
  11. Cover the filling with the second half of the cake.
  12. In a frying pan, heat half of the vegetable oil (20-25 ml), put the waffle brizol with the filling there. Cover the pan with a lid.
  13. Fry the brizol with sausage, tomatoes and cheese over the fire slightly below average for 1.5-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  14. We do the same with the remaining waffle crust and filling.
