Warm chicken liver salad with apple and grapes

Light and delicious warm salad of fried chicken liver, which is complemented with fresh apple and grapes. The salad is dressed with a spicy dressing based on olive oil and balsamic vinegar. An obligatory component of the salad is fresh herbs.

  1. Wash the chicken liver, pat dry with paper towels. Cut the liver at the junction into two parts. Heat the oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the liver over medium heat. Turn the pieces of liver on all sides so that it is evenly fried. Fry the liver no longer than 5 minutes. Salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
  2. Rinse salad mix (here arugula and lettuce) under running water, shake and dry.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper mixture. Mix well so that the mixture is homogeneous.
  4. Cut the apple in half, remove the core. Cut the apple into thin slices.
  5. Wash the grapes. If the grapes are large, you can cut the berries in half.
  6. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands and place on a plate.
  7. Lay liver pieces on top of the leaves.
  8. Add apples and grapes. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve immediately.
  9. Delicious chicken liver salad with apple and grapes is ready.
