Warm potato salad, the recipe of which is very typical for the Slavs. Its main ingredients are potatoes, sausages and eggs. This warm potato salad is served on green spinach and lettuce leaves.

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, for about 15 minutes. Drain the water from the potatoes, cover the pot with a lid, and keep the potatoes warm. Boil the eggs for 12 minutes. Then put them in cold water, peel and cut each into 4 pieces.
  2. Boil the sausages in water for about 5 minutes, then peel and make small cuts. Place in a pot with potatoes and cover.
  3. Prepare the dressing. To do this, put all the ingredients in a small deep bowl and beat well with a whisk or fork.
  4. Wash lettuce and spinach leaves, dry and place in a large bowl. Pour half of the dressing over the salad leaves, stir and place on 4 serving bowls. Pour the other half of the dressing into a saucepan with potatoes and sausages, mix gently and put on plates covered with lettuce leaves.
  5. Sprinkle the warm potato salad with salt and pepper to taste, top with boiled eggs. Serve immediately.
