Warm salad with chicken liver, cherry tomatoes and poached egg is an ideal snack during working hours or as a separate dish. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, but saturates for many hours.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place plastic wrap in cups and break the chicken eggs into cups.
  2. Gather the ends and tie the edges of the films.
  3. Boil water in a container and dip the bags of eggs into it, boil for 1-1.5 minutes.
  4. (If you know how to cook poached eggs in a whirlpool of water, then do it this way.)
  5. Chop the onion finely and sauté it in hot vegetable oil for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Place the washed chicken liver in a skillet, season with salt and fry for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Rinse the lettuce leaves and place on a plate. Put the fried liver on them, crush the cherry tomatoes, pour the juice over the liver and put them on a plate.
  8. Unwrap the poached eggs and add to a plate as well, cut to allow the yolk to flow out.
  9. Top the liver salad with oil from a skillet and serve, garnished with fresh, washed herbs such as dill.
