White chocolate cupcake

Today we will prepare a chocolate cake, but not quite ordinary - based on not dark, but white chocolate. The cupcake is very tasty, reminiscent of a cupcake with condensed milk. It also has a dense, finely porous and slightly moist crumb and a golden crust.

  1. Cut the butter into cubes, transfer to a bowl and melt in the microwave or in a water bath. The oil must be hot.
  2. Dip the white chocolate pieces into the melted butter.
  3. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted into the butter.
  4. Pour sugar into the resulting butter-chocolate mixture.
  5. Crack the eggs in here as well.
  6. Stir with a spoon or whisk until smooth.
  7. Combine flour with baking powder and salt, sift into a bowl with a chocolate base.
  8. Knead into a smooth cake batter.
  9. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  10. Line a rectangular pan with baking parchment (both the bottom and sides) and transfer the dough into it.
  11. Bake a white chocolate cupcake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
  12. Remove the finished cake from the mold and let it cool completely.
  13. Cut the chocolate cupcake into slices and serve.
