  1. Combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, wine, salt and pepper. Smear the fish in this mixture, leave for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200-210 degrees. Bake the fish for 15-20 minutes, adding a handful of olives to the mold.
  2. While the fish is baking, prepare the creamy sauce. Fry the garlic in butter for 30 seconds. Pour in the cream, add the mustard and darken until thickened. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, chopped parsley and stir. Serve this sauce with baked fish.
