Pour 1 1/2 cups of wild rice to 4 cups of slightly salted water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 40-50 minutes. It should become soft and most of the grains will "open".
Ideally, the rice should be soaked for an hour or two in hot water and boiled with 3 glasses of water for the same 40-50 minutes.
Boil beans (green and yellow) in water for no more than 5 minutes or cook in a double boiler.
Chop the garlic as small as possible or squeeze out with a press.
Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice. Mix garlic, zest, juice of 1/2 lemon with sesame oil.
Season the resulting sauce with rice and beans.
Serve hot with soy sauce!
You can add chunks of goat cheese or mozzarella.
Use with pleasure and, if possible, with chopsticks :)
