The sweet-scented yogurt dough and apples add pancakes a special slightly sour flavor. We recommend serving them with sweet jam or honey. This will balance the taste and make it more pleasing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put the egg and sugar in a deep bowl, and whip with a mixer or a whisk. Add the yogurt and mix the egg mixture thoroughly again.
  2. Peel the apples, grate them and add them to the dough. It is better to choose a sweet-sour variety of apples so that the pancakes taste slightly sour.
  3. Sift the flour and add baking powder to it. Pour it into the bowl with liquid ingredients. Mix the dough thoroughly. It should resemble very thick cream. Leave the dough for 10 min.
  4. Put the frying pan on medium heat, pour the vegetable oil, and heat it well. Fry pancakes for a few minutes for each side to a golden brown. Put on a plate and serve.
