Peach Yogurt Cake is very easy to make. The dough is made on the basis of yogurt, inside the cupcake turned out to be moist and dense.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the peaches, remove the pits and cut into slices.
  2. (It is better to take hard peaches, even unripe ones. If the peaches are soft, they will lose their shape, and we need beautiful slices.)
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan. Arrange the peach slices in a single layer on the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar (2-3 tablespoons).
  5. Fry the peach slices for 3 minutes on each side, so that they become slightly softer and slightly caramelized. Transfer the peaches to a plate.
  6. Cooking dough. Beat eggs well with sugar. The mass should turn white and increase in volume.
  7. Pour in yogurt and vegetable oil.
  8. Continue whisking for a few more minutes.
  9. Mix flour with baking powder and sift.
  10. Then add the sifted flour with baking powder in portions, beating with a mixer at low speed. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
  11. Grease a cake tin with butter, put peach slices on the bottom of the tin.
  12. Pour batter over peaches.
  13. Bake a cake with peaches in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  14. The cake must be taken out of the mold immediately. If the cake cools in the pan, the peaches may stick to the bottom of the pan.
  15. Bon appetit!
