Jelly cakes are a great option for a delicious and light dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill the gelatin with water, and wait until it swells slightly. Heat over low heat and stir until the granules are completely dissolved.
  2. Prepare a yogurt base. First, whip the cream until fluffy. The thicker the cream you take, the looser the cake will be.
  3. Melt the melted gelatin slightly, and mix with yogurt. If desired, you can add sugar, but without it, the cake will be quite sweet because of the sweetness of yogurt. Put the yogurt mixture in a thin stream into the whipped cream. Stir gently until smooth.
  4. Pour the workpiece into a detachable mold. You can add slices of orange or fruit to your liking. Put to harden for about 4-5 hours.
  5. Dilute the package of purchased jelly according to the instructions on the package. Leave to cool slightly.
  6. Prepare fruit, wash them, and dry them. Divide the orange into slices, if possible, peel each. Slice the strawberries.
  7. Remove the hardened yogurt base. Put the fruit on it, and pour the diluted jelly. Spread the berries on top. Set to catch up at 4 years.
  8. Before serving, immerse the mold for half a minute in almost boiling water. Turn over on a plate, cut the fruit cake from the jelly into pieces and serve.
