Earlier in the dining room salads of this type were called "vitamin". And you can't argue - there is a huge amount of vitamin C in young fresh vegetables. But still, this salad is much tastier than those we are used to. And all why? Because the dressing has sesame oil!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the cucumber and peppers. Cut the cucumber into strips, cut the peppers into thin half rings, after removing the core.
  2. Rinse the cabbage, cut into 4 pieces and chop finely. Sprinkle with a little salt and rub lightly with your hands. Toss the cabbage, cucumber and peppers in a bowl.
  3. Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Season the salad. Season with black pepper before serving.
