Cabbage is a low-calorie product. But add honey and walnuts to it and it will be a completely different matter! Such a salad will saturate for a long time and at the same time will not leave a feeling of heaviness.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel regular onions and shallots. Cut regular onions into thin half rings, fry in 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil with salt until golden brown.
  2. Cut shallots as small as possible, mix with salt and mustard. Add to this mixture the oil in which the onions were fried. Pepper.
  3. Chop the cabbage very thinly, cut it across into easy-to-eat pieces. Mix with mustard shallot dressing.
  4. Thinly chop the green onions, stir in the cabbage along with the fried onions and chopped nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
