Young potatoes baked with cheese and sour cream are a wonderful summer side dish for meat, poultry, fish. You can also serve these potatoes on your own with a fresh vegetable salad. The dish is tender, with a delicious cheese crust and a light aroma and taste of garlic - very appetizing.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
  4. Put the chopped potatoes in a bowl, fill with water and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
  7. In a deep bowl, combine sour cream, flour, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. We mix.
  8. Drain the water from the potatoes, add the sour cream filling and mix.
  9. Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with vegetable oil and put the potatoes on it in one layer. We send the baking sheet into an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35-45 minutes.
  10. 20 minutes after the start of baking, take out a baking sheet and sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese. We send it to the oven for further baking for another 15-25 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with chopped dill.
