Have you ever baked a radish? If not, then in vain! When baked, the bitterness of the radish leaves, the vegetable remains juicy on the inside and with a crispy crust on the outside. Well, baked young potatoes perfectly set off the taste of radishes. To serve baked vegetables, prepare a sauce of kefir and feta cheese, with garlic and dill. It is thanks to the sauce that vegetables acquire piquancy, aroma and special taste.

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Wash the potatoes and radishes, peel the garlic. Immediately turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.
  3. Scrape the skin off the young potatoes.
  4. Cut large radishes and potatoes in half or into wedges.
  5. Transfer the potatoes and radishes to a baking dish, add salt, pepper mixture, olive oil and dry garlic. Stir. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. While the vegetables are baking, prepare the sauce. Combine kefir, feta, garlic and dill in a blender bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
  7. Grind everything with a blender for 10-15 seconds, until smooth.
  8. Transfer the kefir-cheese sauce to a jar and cool before serving in the refrigerator.
  9. When the vegetables have become soft when pierced and have acquired a light golden color, you can remove the mold from the oven.
  10. Add spinach or parsley to the vegetables.
  11. Transfer the potatoes with radishes and spinach to a plate and serve with kefir cheese sauce.
  12. The bright colors of the radish are set off with a light sauce that perfectly complements the vegetables.
  13. This is a completely independent dish that does not require meat.
