  12. Crumble a slice of loaf into a bowl or plate, add milk and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  13. Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add the raw egg, the loaf squeezed from the milk, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  14. Stir the minced meat well, passing it between the fingers and throwing it into a bowl to make it smooth.
  15. Separate a piece (weighing about 100 g) from the finished minced meat and flatten the minced meat in the palm of your hand into a thick cake.
