Everyone loves pizza! Would you like the PIZZA from the POTS? She just surprised me.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the courgette into rings of medium thickness. Season with salt and flour. Put them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat.
  2. Prepare the dough. Combine eggs, kefir and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Season to taste, add baking soda and sift flour. Knead into a homogeneous dough without lumps. Add finely chopped dill to the finished dough, mix.
  3. Turn the fried zucchini rings and immediately pour over the dough. Cover the pan with a lid and leave to cook for about 20 minutes. As soon as the dough does not stick to your fingers, turn the cake over to the other side, using a plate greased with vegetable oil.
  4. Place the tomatoes cut into rings on the pizza and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook covered for another 7-10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
