Zucchini pizza in a pan

  1. Wash the zucchini well, cut off the tails and grate. Leave the grated zucchini in a bowl for a few minutes so that it gives juice.
  2. Cut the tomato into slices.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. Drain the juice from the vegetable marrow.
  5. Add eggs, flour, salt and black pepper. Mix.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Spread the squash evenly. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  7. Gently flip the pizza base. Brush with ketchup, lay out the filling. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until golden brown on the bottom and until the cheese is melted.
