  5. Wash zucchini thoroughly. The skin of young zucchini can be left on. Cut into slices 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour soy sauce.
  6. Roll minced meat into small balls, commensurate with circles of zucchini.
  7. Thread zucchini circles and minced meat balls alternately onto skewers, starting and ending with a zucchini circle. Wrap the skewers with minced meat and zucchini in foil and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.
  8. Then unfold the foil and brown the zucchini with meatballs for 5-8 minutes. Sprinkle ready-made zucchini with meat balls on skewers with grated cheese.
