Ingredients 500 r meat 7 tubers potatoes 2 pickled cucumber 1-2 heads onions 1-2 clove garlic 1-2 st.l. tomato paste / ketchup Bay leaf pepper salt Directions Cut the washed meat (beef, lamb, horse meat) into strips and put it in a cauldron with heated vegetable oil, fry a little. Cut the onion into thin half rings, add it to the meat and fry until the onion is soft. Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater, add them along with tomato paste and a little water (broth) to a cauldron with meat. Cover the cauldron with a lid and simmer its contents until the meat is cooked. Cut the peeled potatoes into strips and fry in a separate frying pan, a few minutes until ready to transfer them to the cauldron with meat. Add ground pepper, salt, chopped garlic and bay leaf to the meat, mix gently and simmer the hearty basics in Tatar style until fully cooked.
