INGREDIENTS:
fat-free cottage cheese 250 g
milk 0.5% 50 ml
eggs 1 pc.
cellulose 3 tbsp.
sugar substitute taste
PREPARATION:
Mix well the fat-free cottage cheese, fiber, raw chicken egg, milk, sweetener.
Put the resulting mass on a baking sheet in the form of cakes, cover the surface with foil or baking paper.
Put in the oven, oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
If desired, you can add washed and dried seedless raisins, chopped dried fruits, candied lemon or orange fruits to the curd mass.
