Bavarian Plum Cake Made From Yeast Dough

INGREDIENTS:

flour 500 g

plums 500 g

milk 150 ml

sugar 100 g

butter 60 g

dry yeast 8 g

eggs 1 pc.

ground cinnamon ½ ч.л.

salt 1 pinch

PREPARATION:

We mix sifted flour and yeast.

Melt 2/3 of the butter, add warm milk, sugar (leave 30 g for sprinkling), salt and an egg. We mix everything.

Add the liquid component to the flour. Knead the dough and send it to a warm place to come up for 40 minutes.

Knead the dough and put it in a greased mold with a diameter of 26-28 cm, forming small sides.

Cut the plums into 2 or 4 pieces and put them on the dough, cut down, slightly pressing them into the dough.

Sprinkle the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon on top of the plum.

Put pieces of butter on top of the plums. Let the cake come up for 20 minutes.

We send the cake to a preheated oven at a temperature of 175 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
