INGREDIENTS:
pork liver 500 g
bow 2 pcs.
cream 2 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp
black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Wash the liver, cut out the veins. Cut into small pieces and rinse well in cold water.
Peel, wash and chop the onion.
Add the onion to the liver, salt, pepper and season with sour cream. Mix everything well and set to marinate for 10 minutes.
Add the liver and onions to a preheated skillet or saucepan and simmer over low heat with the lid closed for about 50 minutes. Stir the liver after 20 minutes.
Stewed liver with onions in sour cream is ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
