INGREDIENTS:
cabbage 200 g
eggs 2 pcs.
bulb onions 1 pc.
processed cheese 1 pc.
flour 2 tbsp
sour cream 1 tbsp
vegetable oil taste
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Chop the cabbage, add salt and knead a little with your hands.
Chop the onion and add to the cabbage.
Add eggs, pepper and sour cream to vegetables, mix everything thoroughly.
Then grate the processed cheese on a fine grater. I recommend putting it in the freezer 30 minutes before cooking. It then rubs easily and does not stick. Stir.
Add flour and mix thoroughly again.
Put 1 spoonful of cabbage dough in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
