PREPARATION:
All ingredients for making a cake should be at room temperature.
It is better to take condensed milk of good quality, the label of which says GOST, not TU. The composition should contain milk and sugar without additional ingredients.
Add eggs to condensed milk, mix until smooth. Add salt. I always add salt to cakes and sweet pastries. A pinch of salt will help enhance the flavor of the dish and make it richer.
Sift flour and baking powder. Mix well with the condensed egg mixture. The dough is ready.
Let's start baking the cakes.
You can bake round cakes like in the classic recipe, but I'll make it easier.
We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, I have a baking sheet with a shape of 30 * 40 cm. If in doubt about the quality of the parchment, grease it with vegetable oil.
Divide the dough conditionally in half. Pour out 1 part of the dough and spread it in a small layer over the baking sheet. We try to distribute the dough as evenly as possible.
We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 7 minutes. As soon as the cake is gilded, take it out.
Cut off the uneven ends at the hot cake immediately and cut into the required number of parts. From the total amount of dough, I got 8 cakes. We cut it neatly, because the cakes are very tender.
Now let's get into the cream.
Mix sour cream and sugar. You can take powdered sugar.
Cool the cakes. Do not stack them on top of each other while they are hot, they may stick to each other.
Bake the second part of the dough in the same way.
We collect the cake. Spread a layer of cream on the cake, put the next cake on top. We continue until we collect the whole cake.
Due to the fact that the cream is liquid, I put the cake in the refrigerator for a while, about 30 minutes. The cream will harden and be absorbed underneath, and then I continue to coat the cake with cream.
Creams based on curd cheese are also perfectly combined with such cakes.
We decorate the cake as desired, I have it coconut, berries and mint.
Leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. I leave for the night.
