Chicken fillet with vegetables in a jar

PREPARATION:

Chop onions, sweet peppers and carrots cut into strips, tomatoes into cubes.

Cut the chicken fillet into equal medium-sized pieces.

Add salt and pepper, spices, mix with your hands.

Place the food in a liter jar in layers.

Top - a spoonful of fat or a piece of butter.

Add bay leaves and peas between layers.

Close the container with a lid or foil, put it in the oven, warm up from zero temperature along with the jar.

Bring to 180 degrees, bake for one and a half to two hours.

The dish goes well with any side dishes.
