Chocolate Cake With Cherries And Chocolate Cream

INGREDIENTS:

pitted cherry 500 g

flour 200 g

butter 150 g

sugar 100 g

eggs 3 pcs.

cocoa powder 2 tbsp.

baking powder 2 tsp

butter 50 g

milk 4 tablespoons

sugar 3 tbsp.

cocoa powder 2 tbsp.

powdered sugar 5 tbsp

lemon juice 2 tbsp.

PREPARATION:

Beat eggs with sugar in a light froth, add melted butter, cocoa, baking powder, stir and gradually add flour and stir well.

Add cherries. you can use any, stir.

A multicooker bowl or a baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm. Grease with butter and spread the dough, level.

We put the multicooker program on the baking mode for 60 minutes. or put the oven on medium heat and cook for about 40 minutes, check the readiness with a skewer.

Prepare the cream:

Add milk, cocoa and sugar to the hot melted butter (combine cocoa and sugar first), stir well and let it boil over low heat.

Leave the cream to cool.

Making the icing:

Add the icing sugar to the lemon juice and stir well.

When the cake has cooled, grease completely with chocolate cream, and on top we apply lemon glaze with a thin stream using a pastry syringe.
