INGREDIENTS:

lemon 2 pcs.

oranges 1 pc.

semolina 5 tbsp

sugar 5 tbsp

water 500 ml

PREPARATION: +

Squeeze the juice from lemons and oranges.

We cook semolina in water with the addition of lemon juice and sugar.

Let the semolina cool to a warm state and beat with a mixer. The mass should double.

Add orange juice and continue whisking, the mass should increase in volume even more.

We lay out on bowls and send to the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Decorate with zest or chocolate, if desired.
