INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 600 g
sugar 170 g
bananas 4 pcs.
eggs 3 pcs.
starch 2 tbsp.
vanillin
PREPARATION:
Put the bananas in a mold and send them to a medium-heated oven for 7 minutes. to warm up the bananas.
Separate the yolks from the proteins, send the proteins to the refrigerator for now, and add the yolks to the cottage cheese.
We also add sugar to the cottage cheese and interrupt vanillin well with an immersion blender, then add starch and interrupt with a blender again for several minutes.
Beat the cool proteins until strong peaks and gradually add the curd mass, mix gently.
Put in a form on bananas, level and send to a preheated oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
Let the casserole cool completely and only then cut into portions.
