INGREDIENTS:

flour 400 g

jam 300 g

butter 150 g

sugar 150 g

eggs 2 pcs.

baking powder 2 tsp

salt ½ ч.л.

PREPARATION:

Beat sugar with a pinch of salt with butter, then add eggs one at a time and beat well for about three minutes. Add baking powder to the flour and gradually introduce it into the dough, sifting and gently kneading the dough with light movements. We put it on the table, roll it in flour and separate the third part of the dough, which we put in a bag and send it to the freezer for 20 minutes. Put the rest of the dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

We cover the form with parchment paper, put the dough and use our fingers to level it over the entire form, then any jam or fresh berries, fruits, can be frozen. Rub the dough from the freezer on a coarse grater and send it to the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy your tea with a delicious cake!
