INGREDIENTS:
mackerel 1-2 pcs.
potatoes 1 Kg
cream 10% 250 ml
mozzarella cheese 150 g
bulb onions 1 pc.
ground black pepper
salt
PREPARATION:
In a greased form I spread the potatoes cut into slices, finely chopped onions, add salt and sprinkle with ground pepper.
I spread the mackerel fillet on top (you can use any fish), add cream, cover with a falga and send it to the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, I remove the falga and sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese (I have mozzarella).
Serve hot!
