INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 1 kg
meat 500 g
cheese 150 g
bulb onions 2 pcs.
mayonnaise 5 tbsp
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into small pieces. I prefer to use pork in this recipe. Although with chicken fillet is also good.
Cut the onion into half rings.
In a bowl, combine meat, onion and 2 tablespoons. mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Peel and cut the potatoes as you like, I cut them into half rings. Season with salt to taste.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Put the meat and onions at the bottom of the baking sheet, then potatoes.
Cover the potatoes with cheese all over the surface.
Brush the cheese with mayonnaise.
