INGREDIENTS:
sunflower oil (odorless, cold) 300 ml
eggs (cold) 1 pc.
lemon juice 1 tbsp.
sugar 1 tsp
mustard ½ ч.л.
salt ½ ч.л.
PREPARATION:
Drive an egg into the blender bowl, the yolk should remain intact, add sugar, salt, mustard, lemon juice or vinegar, pour in odorless oil and cover the yolk with a blender, beat for a few seconds without lifting the blender, then gradually move the blender aside, raise and more beat for a few seconds until the mayonnaise is completely thickened.
Homemade mayonnaise is stored in the refrigerator for no more than a week, you can use it as a regular store for salads, snacks, etc. Bon Appetit!!!
