INGREDIENTS:
milk 250 ml
milk chocolate 40 g
water 20 ml
cocoa 2 tsp
sugar 2 tsp
PREPARATION:
Chop the chocolate finely.
Add cocoa, sugar and water to a small saucepan, put on low heat
and stir until the cocoa and sugar are dissolved.
Add chocolate, stir until smooth.
Pour in warm milk, mix well, without boiling, remove from heat.
For froth:
Hot milk 40 ml.
Beat the hot, not boiled milk with a whisk until frothy.
