INGREDIENTS:
baton 12 slices
cheese 200 g
potatoes 1 pc.
eggs 1 pc.
bow 1 pc.
cream 2 tbsp.
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Chop the onion. Grate potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the ingredients.
Add egg, sour cream, salt and pepper to them, mix everything thoroughly.
Slice a loaf. Put the filling on each slice.
Fry sandwiches in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, spreading the filling down until golden brown.
Turn the sandwiches over and fry on the other side for another 1 minute.
The cheese and potato sandwiches are ready! Bon appetit and tea!
