INGREDIENTS:

zucchini 1 pc.

onion 1 pc.

flour 170 g

cheese 100 g

eggs 3 pcs.

baking powder 1 tsp

dill 1 beam

ground black pepper

salt

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, mix 3 eggs and pepper. Shake with a whisk.

Three grated cheese. Add to the egg mixture.

Chop the dill. Add to the egg mixture.

Chop the garlic finely. Add to the egg mixture. Mix everything well. Salt.

Finely chop the onion. Can be chopped in a blender. Add to the eggs.

We rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. Add to the total mass. Sift flour and baking powder here. Mix everything well.

Put in a mold greased with vegetable oil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream.
