INGREDIENTS:
sugar 1 glass
fresh mint 4 twigs
lemon 3 slices
citric acid (use only for preservation) 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
For preservation, put mint sprigs in a 3-liter jar, add lemon, sugar and citric acid.
Fill with boiling water and close the lid. Turn the lid down and wrap the blanket in warmth until it cools completely.
For Lemonade, put mint in a saucepan, add sugar and lemon.
We put the saucepan on fire, after boiling, cook for 5 minutes. Turn off, cover with a lid and leave to cool completely.
