INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 600 g
chopped meat 500 g
cream 400 g
mozzarella cheese 200 g
processed cheese 1 pc.
carrot 1 pc.
eggs 1 pc.
onion 1 pc.
tomato paste 1 tbsp.

PREPARATION:
Add fried onions with carrots, finely grated cheese, egg, salt, pepper to the minced meat. Dissolve tomato paste in 100 ml of water and combine with sour cream, add spices and salt to taste.
Put peeled potatoes in the dish, put the formed cutlets in the center, fill in the gravy and send them to the preheated oven for 1 hour. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for 3 minutes. Bon Appetit!
