INGREDIENTS:
chicken thighs 600 g
lemon juice 4 tablespoons
honey 2 tbsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
sesame 1 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp
ground ginger ½ ч.л.
ground cinnamon ½ ч.л.
parsley 1 beam

Prepare the marinade: mix lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, ginger, salt, vegetable oil until smooth.
We make punctures in the thighs so that the marinade soaks them better.
Pour the marinade over the chicken and leave to marinate for 1-1.5 hours.
Place the chicken in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cover the dish with foil.
We send the chicken to a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes we remove the foil and send it back to the oven until browning, for about 15-20 minutes.
