INGREDIENTS:
young zucchini 2 pcs.
tomato 3 pcs.
onion 3 pcs.
chicken fillet 1 pc.
hard cheese 100 g
soy sauce
mustard
paprika
salt
PREPARATION:
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, salt, add paprika and soy sauce a couple of tablespoons, mix and set aside to marinate.
I also cut tomatoes and onions into slices, do not salt.
I cut the zucchini into slices, salt, add soy sauce, mix.
I string all the vegetables and meat on a skewer one by one, wrap them in foil in the form of candy and put them on any form so that the vegetables do not come into contact with the bottom of the form (if possible) I send them to a preheated oven and bake over medium heat for about an hour.
Ten minutes before the end of cooking, I open the foil on top and let the vegetables bake for another ten minutes. Then I sprinkle with finely grated cheese and let it stand in the oven for another minute so that the cheese melts.
I serve the dish hot on the table, in portions to each, without removing it from the foil. Bon Appetit!
