INGREDIENTS:
broccoli 500 g
zucchini 500 g
pasta 300 g
frozen green peas 200 g
anchovy fillet 10-12 pcs.
garlic 6-8 teeth
olive oil 1 tbsp.
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute. Cool in ice water, drain the water.
Cut the zucchini into small pieces.
Finely chop the garlic.
Cut anchovy fillet into small pieces.
Fry the garlic and anchovy for 5 minutes in a preheated skillet with oil, stirring occasionally.
Boil the paste in salted water as indicated on the package.
Add broccoli, zucchini and green peas to the anchovy pan. Fry, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft, about 7 minutes. Pepper and, if there is not enough salt, then add salt.
Arrange the vegetables with anchovies to the pasta and stir.
