cherry 2 kg
sugar 1.4 kg
water (cold boiled) 100 g
gelatin 40 g

Wash the cherries, remove the bones with a pin. It is advisable to soak the cherries in water for 2 hours so that the worms come out.
Cover the pitted cherries with sugar and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
Before you put the jam to cook, pour the gelatin with cold boiled water.
Place a saucepan with cherries and sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When the jam boils, cook it for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin, stir and pour into sterilized jars. Turn the lid upside down and wrap it up until it cools completely.
