INGREDIENTS:
pork 1 kg
garlic 4 cloves
cream 1 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp
Provencal herbs ½ ч.л.
black pepper taste
PREPARATION: +
Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
Wash the meat and make small cuts so that the whole pork is marinated.
Salt and pepper the pork, add Provencal herbs and garlic.
Add sour cream and rub everything well into the meat. Cover the bowl and send to the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
Wrap the marinated meat in foil and bake in the oven for 90 minutes at 180 degrees.
Unfold the foil and bake the meat for another 20 minutes, so that the pork is slightly browned.
